Akash electricians

I submitted my KYC to link my mobile number to my bank account. The bank employee tells me that my number is linked to my account but when I try to use UPI services, it tells that my number is not registered with the bank. I have been to the bank many times yet the employees there say that my number is already linked to my account whereas it tells otherwise when I try to use Gpay, Paytm or any other UPI services. Even the SBI helpline number tells me that my number is not linked to my bank account. Are the SBI employees that incompetent? They can't help out a customer who needs their number linked to their account. What do I do now?? If the staff can't help me link my number to my account, who else will??

Only 1 star because of the MSME incharge Woman named NANI MARY and the way the staff responses to a customer. It is our money for God sake .. Treat us like kings!

2 stars because of a staff from counter no. 9. A woman with spectacle don't have the ethics how to talk with customers. She is a rude of a kind woman.
